If we compare, Panasonic HVX 200 with color space 4.2.2 and 100mbps recording, with EX3 4.2.0 and 35 mbps reording.
Which will give us better visual treat….

    Hello Brent,
As far as I know EX1/3 records in 4.2.0 color space.
About other panasonic cameras, record in AVCHD format, but which gives better quality i.e. what i am trying to find out…..
    Waiting for suggestions……

thanks Kevin, for your valuable information, can you please tell me one thing that , what file format does EX1 or EX3 makes.and as far as difference between two cameras is concerned , I see EX3 as very professional type feel and robust , but EX1 gives you a normal feel. This is only my interpretation, and I might be wrong in this so you can give more guidance.

I don’t know why I am not convinced over AVCHD, it seems to me that it is made only for consumer level, not for hard core editing with repeated processing over it from one generation to other.
And color space again an issue with AVCHD i.e. 4:2:0.
What if we compare AVCHD with Prores recording in
    Ninja which is 10bit 4:2:2…..
