Thanks you so much.. I figured out the problem.. The number generator is not working in the new OS (i dono why!)..After removing that layer, now its working in the new OS also.. The animation was for a facebook like button (counts are increasing).. Is there any other method other than the number generator to get the same.

Can u pls copy & post the required potion from my post.. So i can follow the same next time. Can we able to figure out which parameter/filter/layer is creating problem from the crash report?

Thank you guys for the valuable feedback..Right now i got a solution.
I will keep the shortcuts(Alias) in the Original Media folder, Proxy files in Transcoded Media (Not necessary)and CurrentVersion.fcpevents.
I will delete the unwanted stuffs like backup, render folders ..its working for me. My friend has to keep the same folder structure for MediaRegards,

Got it!! Library/Application Support/ProApps and remove the FCS System ID file. The next time you launch one of the ProApps, it will ask for the serial number. At that point, enter the new serial number
