    I have recently upgraded my system Quad core 2 2.66Ghz CPU, Asus P5q Delux memory and A-Data $ BG ram. Buti have following message .

    Adobe Premiere is running very low on system memory. Please save your project and proceed with caution.

    When i look my Task Manager the CPU Usage is not high Below 40 %. Will any one help me come out of this problem.
