Can’t se a way to edit my last post, so I’ll just make a new one –
A quick fix for anyone having the same problem in Premiere, use Windows moviemaker instead if the footage you edit within Premiere was in Xvid – works for some basic tutorial/games/whatever edits 🙂 You can probably export the movies through moviemaker in another format that Premiere can read without problems later.

Do you have a good example of a codec whom Premiere would be able to work with? Using raw uncompressed video for this would not be possible, as recording my desktop for 30 minutes in raw would end up at 100 GB 🙁
