    Hello

    We do support .mov files but it might contain some 3rd party codec which we can’t handle perhaps?
    The best thing for fastest respons is to drop a mail to our Support team by sending a mail to support@popwire.com explaining your problem, and please include version of OS, QT, Master etc for faster support.

    Here is the latest update.

    After a discussion with our developers the quick answer regarding the disability to choose 2-pass within QT Export options for Sorenson 3 is; that this option is unfortunatley not supported in the current implementation of this QT Export componet.

    So at the moment you are locked to 1-pass Sorenson 3 encoding within the Master.
