If you are running CS6, you need RE:Flex 4.1 (you might otherwise be hitting the new AE cache which is addressed to be fixed in 4.1)
If it’s possible hit the support button on top of our website, it will send you instructions to upload a project and media so we can look at it.

It’s probably a project settings issue (mismatch of frame rate – media versus project or if the video has fields), that will generate what you are describing. If you have a short clip and .veg project you can send to techsupport at revisionfx dot com we can look at it.

We have different licensing methods depending on the host (e.g. AE, Nuke,Vegas,Avid,…) not specified here.
