Shoot indoor on 3200 and outdoor on 5600. If you take use AWB or change the settings while shooting you will be chasing color in post. Shoot a white / black / gray card throughout the day… or just a gray card. This will help with the 3 way color corrector. When shooting weddings the bride is the white card and the groom is the black card.
Digital mics have become popular in the last couple years. RodeLink and Sennheiser AVX series. Some are concerned about the 4-19ms delay on these mics, but some aren’t.
Cameras that are 4k and have a 1/2″ sensor are going to have problems with lowlight. The Sony Z100 kicked this camera trend off. If you want to shoot 4k full auto in daylight or with ample indoor light, these cameras are good. Anything else is just chasing grain.
Wondering about using a ATOMOS Samurai as a monitor as well as to record to. I want to have the media from the SSD inside the camera but then have pro-res proxies ready to go immediately.
