The solution is simple the programs has nothing to do with the problem, is a windows securuty feature. just allow the program to run under DEP options. Execution Prevention (DEP) is a security feature that can help prevent damage to your computer from viruses and other security threats, and thats why windows is blocking sony vegas. Is under Advanced system settings Advanced, performance, Settings Data Execution Prevention turn on all programs… and add vegas9.exe. Hope this helps
