Hi,
I’m a VJ (I play videos in clubs synced to the rhythm of the music) and the program I use (Resolume) had no problem playing videos that I exported with Avidemux in “MJPEG (lavc)” but now, on my new laptop, I only have “MJPEG”.
And I’ve seen you say that the two are the same, but that is not correct.
When I use my old videos which had been saved using Avidemux in “MJPEG (lavc)”, it works just fine, but when I try to use my newer videos which were saved using Avidemux with “MJPEG” (no lavc) the program crashes to my desktop.
I tried every codec pack I know of and none of them worked (not ACE, not FFDSHOW, not even CCCP.. from what I can remember I think I tried K-Lite too).

So do you know a way I could get that “(lavc)” version of MJPEG? Because apparently they are not the same.

The solution would save my life.
