From what you describe, it sounds like you put Twixtor on the original footage in the first sequence on the footage itself.
You say you did this:[Aida Ruilova] “I created the first sequence with clip and noise and added the twixtor plug in to it”
What you should do is this:
Put the clip first into a sequence and add noise to it.
Then drag that intermediate sequence into another sequence (call it the final sequence).
Then apply Twixtor to the intermediate sequence inside the final sequence.It sounds like you applied Twixtor inside the wrong sequence.

I know this sounds silly: did you purchase a key for Twixtor? If so, you’ll need to run the installer again and enter in the registration information to get rid of the cross.
If you’ve already done that, then if you are running FCP or Premiere Pro you’ll need to get rid of any previously rendered sequences. You can do that by turning of Twixtor on the clip and turning it back on.
If you continue to have problems, write to us at techsupport@revisionfx.com and let us know which application you are using and on which OS. It’s also helpful to have a screen shot of the registration dialog of our installer, with the registration fields of the dialog box filled in (but before you hit “Install registered version” button)

Actually, the “new version is worse than the old” is true for some sequences and not for others. Obviously you’ve hit a sequence (or more than one) where the tracking is worse.
We will be coming out with a new version soon that will allow you to select the “old” versus the “new” tracking (you’ll want to use the one that works best for a particular sequence). Until then we can give you a version 2 key if you don’t already have one, so that you can get the current sequence rendered properly (simply write to us at techsupport@revisionfx.com).
Bottom line: we know that the new tracking doesn’t work better in all cases, so we will be providing an option to switch between the two trackers in an upcoming update (the update will be free to version 3 users).
