    I did some tests today on Compressor 3 and 4 to H.264 What works for me right now is to output a QuickTime file with current settings then compress with Compressor 3. I went from an agonizing 15 hours for a one hour clip to 2.5 hours. The details are here https://wp.me/p2gorK-1w

    You provide your own track which can be any smooth solid length of material around 2×6 inches.

    He’ll even show you how to make your own, but for the price he’s charging you might as well buy his. His videos are hilarious too.

    Hi, I’ve been having problems with audio spikes too, from a wired mic going through a PA system, and AUX out to XLR inputs in my camera. It happened in two different instances with two different PA’s. Are these the RF spikes that you are describing? Is there any way to avoid them in the future?
