Before I read this forum (thanks to all the information here), when I got the dreaded ‘low memory’ error, I would reboot (Windows 7) in ‘Safe Mode’ by pressing the PF8 as it restarts. I’d then render the project, and when finished, restart back to normal Windows.
It would be interesting to know if this helps others with this frustrating Vegas ‘feature’.
