I’m having the exact same problem. It makes editing impossible because the timeline keeps zooming in every time I click on a clip. It’s very disorienting.

I’m running Premiere Pro CC 2014.0.1
Mac Pro (Late 2013) 3Ghz 8-core Intel Xeon E5
OSX 10.9.4
