    Thanks Cory,

I got it figured out. I’m just using all Multi-passes, rather than the actual .tiff files.

    Thanks,

I got the render time down, thanks cory. Now I have a new problem regarding shadows.

My .tiff files aren’t being seen as an alpha channel in AE and I have Alpha and Straight Alpha checked. Is there anything that would make this happen?

I have a shadow pass going with an RGBA pass. In order to show the shadows on the desk I need to have the white desk plane seen by camera and not as a background composite, therefore the RGBA pass shows the white desk plane.

Any ideas to get that white desk plane out of there without rendering twice?

    Thanks.

I think thats how you post a file (?)

I turned GI off and the render went SOOO fast, but I can’t light a scene properly that looks like GI so I turned it on very little and added some lights, it looks okay, but if you could somehow make it better but still fast, it’d be appreciated.

    Thanks,

    Owen
