Wow, thanks for the answer, but unfortunately they cant wear ear work mics, because I always like to make sure mics are not appearing in the shot, so.. I just need a tool to monitor all of my inputs.

I do use my AtomOS Ninja 2 to record ProRes, but it is nothing near HD, BUT! what is much better for all situations and mounting options, I do use a Zacuto EVF Pro, it is simply AWESOME. there is no sun at anytime, it’s like getting the DSLR screen but 100” onto your eyes!
and since I am using the Ninja with the EVF I do have an HDMI splitter, 1×2 so from my camera to the splitter, One to the EVF and one to the Ninja. the EVF will be more expensive, but it is worth and will be more bang for buck.
    try it in any store.

  • I would think of two things to do.
Either SYNC audio that is recorded later or stuff that are Stock of car audio.
or I would get a good wireless recorder, a Good shotgun with a shockmount, and place it in a sweet spot where i can hear the engine clear, maybe somewhere under the bonnet, I though of the shockmount to reduce vibration from the engine and car movement, but I am not sure if it will totally work.
so it’s favored to me to record audio later and sync it.
