Sorry, I have no source you would not be equally able to find. Just a note: The HD-8019, which you describe as HD/SD-SDI to SVGA, is actually HD-only. That’s what its instruction booklet indicates, and I just minutes ago had occasion to test one. Put SD-SDI (720×486) into it and nothing comes out. The book does not indicate that any of the DIP switches would affect this.
