The thing is I have done this a bunch of times before in cs6. and sent it thru media encoder. Since I am doing many sequences. it is a much better method to use media encoder, as it has a queue.
However, are you saying that I can put a timecode stamp on in the export menu? I don’t want it to be a generated timecode that starts at 0 and places even thru all the clips. I want the media recorded timecode to be present. So each clip, will have a different time code, thus once the sequence of several clips is exported, each sequence containing a group of clips, will have a few jumps in time code. This is just so a producer can have proxy files to go over and pick the shots he wants, then send the time codes to the editor.
I don’t believe I have imported my clips wrong. But I didn’t say how I imported so how do you know I did it wrong? just curious.
