Just tried reimporting the affected h264 file and it looks fine. So it’s not baked in, which is good news.

The originating file is coming from a Canon 7D. So H264 file. There’s an adjustment layer with a 3-way color correct, but I tried taking that off and I still have the problem. I exported the file and in quicktime-x the color is showing the problem (as seen in source panel of export window), but when I open it up in VLC, the color is as intended (same as program window). I’ve edited this same way with the same kind of files and never had these problems in CS5.5.
