I believe you can fix tbis in Compressor. also you might want to point out that the original files are not broadcast spec and your 1920×1080’s are but then again most clients do not like these sorts of things to be pointed out.

Depends entirely on what format you are using to export to. Ie if the first game took up x space/minute plan accordingly.

FCPX does still capure via Firewire but you probably won’t find those Thunderbolt to 800 cables for under $20.

This is why I generally try to keep the number of projects limited per Library or be meticulous in how projects get labeled- to avoid this confusion.

Probably something of an error in the original encoding. I would suggest conversion outside of X to be on the safe side.
