Deleting files & scratch disc question?
I have the three football games on the same timeline (each separated with a slug) and have to output each of them to separate DVD’s (appx. 30 minutes each). I have finished burning the first game, so two more to go.
I started out with a new (1) TB ext. drive. That drive now shows
874gb used up, with 125gb left.I’m assuming all the space has been taken up with all the history of the rendered files?
Since I have burned one game successfully, can I still burn the last two games with no problem? Or once I send them to compressor will that eat up the remaining 125gb of that drive?Still somewhat new to this program–I get a little queazy when I start deleting files. I had a bad experience one time in FCP 6 doing that, and not certain how to delete the precise un-needed files in X.

Depends entirely on what format you are using to export to. Ie if the first game took up x space/minute plan accordingly.
