Depends what exactly you’re trying to achieve- comical effect or special effect etc. Shutter speed can also make a huge impact on top of frame rate when altered in post.

•I would suggest storyboarding so your camera person (or you if you’re shooting it yourself) knows what’s planned. The simplest way would be to film a large locked off on a tripod shot and have the same group move from place to place filling in what would be a much larger group, then combine the various takes into one single composite.

Greatly depends on what you have to work with in terms of footage but I would suggest doing that in Motion not FCPX.
