And what happens when you throw a bunch of these clips into a new Multicam and try to sync by audio? Truth be told- this is sounding like raw footage and not really multicam unless you can have the 3 cameras running without cutting. Otherwise you just have to put in the hours…

I think you mean MXF? Honestly you’re asking for a major undertaking. If it were me I’d go back and get at least an extra day or two of rate just for the conversion. See this post for some hints:

How are you exporting to PNG? Is this in a Project Timeline? What’s the Project Timeline settings and what export settings are you using?

If the BG is evenly lit enough you could try keying it out entirely and replacing with a single new graphic. But it greatly depends on what you’re working with.

Never a bad idea to avoid full drives. That said, 80% is fairly conservative on that large a drive.
