Thank you so much for such a detailed response. You are very generous to do that. I hope this could help many others facing the issue. As for me, I updated to Mojave just this morning and have been running the later version of FCP, so my library updated and rendered/ shared all fine.

I am using FCP 10.3.4 (Also tried 10.4, same issue) on MAC os 10.13.6. Bought in 2013 (released on november 2012)… Model iMac 21.5 inch core i5 2.7
I used FCP for the first time on this Computer. So it just happened, like no successful projects in here yet. No known recent updates.
I did not understand about the codecs? What exactly should I play On quicktime and find the codecs, the project has multiple videos. -
What’s the process?
I am stuck on the same thing from last 3 days and have explored many articles, desperately need help, thanks in advance
