a common audio drift problem in FCP is caused by your current sequence settings frame rate (in your A/V settings) not matching your working frame rate.
check your A/V settings.
make sure your selected sequence setting has a frame rate of 29.97nick

“Why does it tell me I have 7649 Video and 7649 Audio as 2 separate clips? It does not show that on the other 2 cameras”
look at the clips in the timeline.
2 have their names underlined, this indicates the picture and sound are LINKED
one is not underlined: it’s picture and sound are not linked, they behave as separate entities.
select that clip’s picture and sound and hit Command L to link them“When the box comes up I set it to start at In Points”
that’s why your clips are out of sync.
dragging what you have in your timeline into the browser, those clips in-point’s are all the very start of the clip,
yet that is clearly not the sync point for the clips.go to a point in the timeline where ALL clips exist. the start of the latest clip would be good, but not essential.
BLADE ALL THE CLIPS AT THE SAME POINT
to do that summon the blade tool (b)
hold Shift, making into the Blade-All tool,
and click.the blade point is a sync point for all 4 clips.
copy all 4 clips from this blade point , and paste into the browser.
the in-point of these browser clips will now be common.make a Multiclip, and sync by In-point.

you need Title Exchange Pro from Spherico film tools
that can translate your file into an XML that FCP can read.nick

match frame back to the component clip, (the one that makes up the multiclip)
and re-name that.from the timeline, you can match frame (F) into the viewer,
then open item properties (Command 9)
OR
match back to the browser (Shift+F)
and rename theregenerally that sort of specific re-naming is the province of markers as Shane mentions, or SUB CLIPS
reason being that there could be manny different subjects within the one interview clip.
but if your system works for you, then try the abovenick

start by taking the original edit OFFLINE.
maybe make a copy of your project first,
then open the copy, select all, and got to Modify Menu > Make Offline (or Shift D)now you have a clean slate, and should be able to reconnect to your original files.
simplest way to check it against your original project is to export a hard copy of your proxy version

just blow it up.
set the canvas to “image & wireframe” (one of the drop-down menus top of the canvas)
then grab a corner of the wireframe and pull it out
then grab the picture anywhere to adjust the framing.or double click the clip from the timeline into the viewer, and switch to the “Motion” tab.
sometimes adjusting the scale is easier from there,
but re-framing is best done in the canvasnick

you should be exporting from FCP using “current settings”, not re-compressing.
i’ve had serious issues DOWN-scaling moving images
admittedly these were UHD drone shots, but the best way i could get them to HD was using the “best” motion scaling settings in compressor.maybe try a small section of your film using “best” see how it compares,
then get read for a long haul.nick

this is a job for the Media Manager
select clips or a sequence, and the MM can make a copy of the used media, trim what you haven’t used and add handles.
FCP uses file names to reconnect,
plus it references timecode and reel numberif you wait till you are locked off, then use the Media Manager to create a new trimmed sequence, you can send it or any part of it to AE using Automatic Duck
if it;s possible to keep your rendered files with the same names (by putting them in a specific “renders” folder then reconnecting should be very easy,
although you may run in to reconnect warnings re reel# (your renders wont have one i guess)or, just eye match.
