| Comments and Things Worth Noting |
The goal of my career is simply to produce work of the highest quality that pushes the envelope of ingenuity.
I have been working in animation and film production for about fifteen years. In that time I have held many different roles on productions large and small. I have been a director of short commercial work, and independent short films. In 2008 I had the very good fortune to direct Canada's first stop-motion feature, Edison and Leo, written by national treasure, George Toles. I have also worked as a production designer, character designer, concept artist, storyboard artist, writer, animator, and animation director. I equally enjoy small one man productions, and large scale, high pressure productions.
While much of my work has been in stop-motion animation, in recent years, I have been expanding into traditional, flash, CG, and interactive work. To further that end, I am currently pursuing my Master's in Film Production at York University, where I intend to focus on 3D film production.
