Hi,
It seems that some of the Red Giant effects won’t work with the upgrade to AE CC 2017 and needed to be upgraded themselves. That was the case with “Particular.” AE was saying it was missing, which was where all the confusion on my end was. After a 45 minute email chat with them, and lots of various downloads that didn’t work, we finally figured it out. I upgraded for $99

It arrived today and hooked right up. I was hearing a low hum, but after some trial and error we’re in business. Thanks so much!

Thank you. I have all the cables but you answered my concern when you noted that it won’t recognize an analog signal. I just ordered the Focusrite Scarlett Solo. I’ll update when it arrives.
