Thanks for the advice. I tried slowing down the audio and it didn’t work either. This is really starting to frustrate me.

There doesn’t seem to be a setting to make the audio go at 24p. The editing timebase is 23.98 but all I can change with the audio settings is the sample rate and the depth.

I think the thing that blows my mind the most is the fact that it’s synced fine when I watch it in the timeline but it gets out of sync only when I export.

I first did HD 2 pass VBR since it won’t let me do CBR for HD. For that I used 30 Mbps. The way we stream is we have a server and it goes to a modulator to the TVs in our facility.

The guys who installed it are based in Washington and they are the ones that told me to make it CBR and they don’t know either.

I monitored it on several TVs after I put it on the server and it was jumpy then.

I’m trying to get 25 Mbps. It’s a 30 minute loop for an internal TV channel and I’ve never done anything like this.

I believe it is a program stream.

I’m compressing it from a FCP QT movie.

Is that what you needed?
