What version of Sapphire plugins are you using?
Also, please email your log file to us at support@genarts.com. The log file is
c:\Program Files\GenArts\SapphireAVX\s_log.text on windows, and
/Applications/GenArtsSapphireAVX/Contents/s_log.text on Mac.
