Thanks for helping me out – I ended up compressing the project down to 720×480 and 29.97fps and then transcoded in Encore. I think the transcoding program that I was using before was just one of the many problems. Things worked out and it looks good on a widescreen now. Thanks again, Nate

Thanks for the tips – I ended up rendering the project out in 720×480 and then transcoding in Encore and it turned out beautifully. I appreciate your help!
