Thanks for your help! I got it working. You were right, it was tracing an outline around my drawing for some reason. I was able to manually trace it and get it working. Thanks again!

ok.. well i figured out the hand tracing part but for some reason when i pull it into pro animator the file is reveresed. its like the outline is inverted as if it were cut out around my shape. I tried using white as a fill line but no luck. What am i missing?

Hi Jon, I was leaving the compression option checked. I am not familiar with the cleanup process. What I have is a map of the state of West Virginia. I think there may be a lot of control handles because the model has a lot of curves. I wonder if smoothing out the curves will help? Thanks for your help..

I do have after effects 7.0 but I am unsure how to use the tracking feature in that software. Like I said I am just gettign started so a lot of this is new to me. 🙂
