Heya, i guess my english was a little broken :D.

What im trying to say is:

Ive FRAPS recorded my gaming sessions.

So its recorded in 1680 * 1050, and ive set fraps to record at 50 fps.

My question is.

What resolution and setting (fps and HD? 720?) should i render at.

Ive been told something along the lines of, that my rendering resolution should be exactly half or a quarter of my recording resolution for best picture quality.

I do not want to render ud 1680 * 1050 since the file size would be enourmous, but i want to render it at a frame setting where i lose the least amount of quality.

The raw footage from fraps looks amazing (3gb for 90 secs roughly), but when i render it at 720p (1280 * 720)29,xx fps, it looks alot worse than i would have thought.

Would i benefit from rendering at a custom setup og 840 * 525? Or what would my optimal rendering setting be?
