I thought I would chime in on this, This is Mikey (the guy putting on the giveaway) this isn’t shady. I’ve been working with the developers for this giveaway to do on my YouTube channel.
As far as sweet being free, sure but you can’t do anything with out the packs, and this giveaway is for all of the packs, (all 11 of them) which are not free.
So, feel free to sign up or not for the giveaway, but I assure you that prizes are real, and worth $128 per complete set. (i’m giving away 5 sets)

This is what I think they did. This video is made of still images, lots of which have long exposure to get the painted light look. all of the stills were put in a time line at one frame long for each still. Then it was precomposed. Take that pre-comp and time stretched the crap out of it to line up the stills with the music. Then they had frame blending put on pixel motion, which will give that blurry distorted weird background look. No 3rd party plugins involved.
