Thanks Dave! I appreciate the advice and will definitely test it out. So just for my knowledge, why does 23.976 footage work better in a 59.94 timeline than 59.94 in a 23.976 timeline and converting to 59.94? Thanks again!

My Macbook Pro wont allow me to “round trip”, not powerful enough for that, so I have to export parts as I work. Also, in FCP, when it plays, the image gets a bit darker and when it is paused, it goes back to normal. Is there no way to fix this? Or will it be fine upon export?
