well, i didn’t know if they would reject it with only 2 channels working, and the others empty.

unfortunately, this is all they have given me. no slate, bars, or tone. I’ve messaged them several times, and they say refer to the document.
I”m not sure why they insist on 8 channel either. I know they still broadcast regular stereo as well. I think they have just recently switched to receiving file based formats.

Here’s what I was given.
The project right now is complete, except it’s 2 channel stereo. It consists of interviews and narration, and audio/music tracks.
I’m not sure about “roles”, is there a tutorial you know about?
The idea I had is take the narration and interview tracks, and make dual mono compound clips, and the audio/music channels also make compound clips..that gets me to 4 channels, but I’m not sure what to do about a center channel and the other channels. Would it be basically be copy the compound clips and assign them..making 4 narration tracks (and a center), and 3 audio/music…for a total of 8 “tracks”
