It needs to be in 16:9HD 1280×720 in mpeg format.

I saved the source clip (5 second test) in the size i want the final thing to be in which is 1280×720.

All I want to do is get Premiere to spit out the same size/res as it went in.

So I set it to custom and have the output the same as the source.

The problem is it either creates letterboxing or sqeezes/distorts the final render – sorry i’m at work at the minute and dont remember what exactly happens.

By the way at the beginning when i start the project i choose the pal 1280×720 option. I dont know if that has anything to do with it?
