I suspected it was in the conversion. I will do a few tests with standard def and see how we look on an interlaced TV as opposed to LCD progressive.

RE THIS….

I see that we have yuv templates in vegas – are these the same as to which you refer to as Huffyuv? Haven’t come across Lagarith….I’ll google it.
The workflow for web movie files is currently Thus….Render the timeline to AVI using the yuv codec, then Moyea converts it to flash 8. Unfortunately Moyea doesn’t recognise the M2t file so thats why I render as AVI. As well as Flash 8, Moyea also gives me H263, H264 and FV4 outputs that all create an SWF flash file
Is it possible to load other codecs or templates into vegas? Or will converting to Flash always be a third party affair?

I actualy found out how to do it in vegas! very cool!-save as image sequence then import media using the step function – wow! Vegas just keeps on surprising me.

I am new to the forum but have been using vegas for corporates and weddings for over a year now and have a few more questions about workflows which I will leave til the new year.
