A quick and cheap alternative would be to use CC Split 1 or 2 as a mouth tied into the audio of the speech.
Run Animation > Keyframe Assistant > Convert Audio to Keyframes, then pickwhip (Distort > CC Slit 2) the split 1 and split 2 properties to the Left and Right Channels of the Audio Amplitute Layer just created. I like Split 2 because you can double or triple the opening of the lower lip by adding *2 or *3 to the end of the expression for split 1.
You can animate a minute of speech in just a few minutes.
If you want to add realism or ham it you can add a tongue/teeth (inside of mouth) layer beneath the face layer where the split is applied.

You migght look at clicking Dan Ebbert’s head and scrolling down to “Building Your Own 3D Particle Generator”. Fountain spews out may layers quickly. You could sub in your logos for Dan’s particles.
