I hear what you’re saying… I’ll make a move for that!… Hd… Here we come!! Big thanks again… People like yourself save people like me from being stuck at first base. … You the man! Cheers Chris! The film sits about 1hr 20 there’s more SD than hd stuff at the mo. it’s an ongoing promotional product continually being added to. I’m going to recommend the client re-shoots a lot of the older stuff as it will look dated anyway. Everything now is being shot in hd, but for now output is DVD and also web, so the hd stuff works better on there. The web stuff is individual clips and not combined like the DVD, so I just work in the appropriate sequence settings for the clips. It’s just this combining thing made me wonder how to get the best of the footage, which you have more than adequately answered! So grateful to you.

Hi Chris, not sure I follow – sorry if I sound like an idiot! I would like to have the best possible quality output. I guess it all has to drop to the lowest common denominator? Which would be the SD footage… Also, output will be on DVD. Thank you for your input – it is much appreciated! I really kinda struggle on the whole export side of things. I really need to learn more about that side of things. Thanks once again,

Thank you for that. Sorry to sound like a moron possibly, but what do you mean by delivery specs? Final output is to DVD. Appreciate your input greatly! Thanks again!
