I do not have an external output monitor, but my main purpose is exporting to the web.

I am just curious why there is such a noticeable quality loss when I move the image file into the timeline, and wondering if there is any way to workaround this so that atleast the output quality is higher (i.e. still frames from the full quality output file are comparable to the original jpg files).
