    Yes, I should have said – saved in the default presets folder.

    Thanks Stuart – I appreciate the thought.

    As it happens, I put together a couple of pages of ‘selected shortcuts’ a few days ago. Once I’ve double checked everything I might well make it available as a PDF for download – if other people might find it useful.
