I work with a G5 processor, Leopard and 10.5.2 installed, Final cut Studio 2, and Aja Io.
So far i’ve experienced several issues with this configuration.
Starting with the program shortcuts which won’t function properly unless i carry on a quite annoying procedure implying finder language settings and keyboard. That’s not all. After a couple of weeks from 10.5.2 upgrade, Final Cut is no longer able to capture from the vcr. It just gives error and done! Someone sais it’s due to the firewire, but i’m not convinced.
Finally (and that goes only for the moment), there is something wrong with Compressor too, but it’s way too difficult to explain the issue at the moment.
