I have seen Rev’s work. And if you’re concerned about meeting the FCC guidelines, I would be careful. These services (there are others out there like it) do not support moving captions to avoid graphics, they do not support sound effects, and the caption files are not QC’d.
That said, if you’re willing to work on the completed file yourself, it might be a cost-effective option.
