Hi Mike,
I suggest that you go to either the Telestream, BlackMagic, NewTek, Teradek and Matrox forums to get some help with your equipment.

There are many other options too depending on your budget, including Grass Valley, Sony, Panasonic or Canon.

A trip to NAB or one of the regional broadcast shows may also help, as you are able to handle the equipment and chat with the representatives for each company.

There has been a recent update to YouTube with livestreaming capacity.
If you have over 1000 subscribers, you are able to apply for access to YouTube Live.
Wirecast versions now support YouTube. All the settings are in the broadcast settings.
