Is there a resource to find more ways to edit the shortcut file? It is killing me there isn’t a shortcut for toggle transparency in the comp viewer.

I hope this hasn’t come too late, but I had the same issue and this is what I discovered.

I was using a long piece of footage and set the in points further into the clip. When I pasted the keyframes into After Effects it included all the frames from the beginning without data. Try pasting the shape, selecting the keyframe property in the timeline, and shifting the keyframes over with alt+left arrow or alt+shift+left arrow. If you need any more clarification let me know.
