Hi Jon,
I am trying to edit a HD movie I created and saved as a Quicktime Movie, MPG4. I am having the same problem. Not only is the movie cropped in Premieres Monitor but if I make a movie, the movie is cropped as per the Monitor. I guess what you see is what you get. I am working with Premiere Pro 1.5. Is this why I am unable to change the setting in Edit/Genersl? There is not a button for the Default scale to frame size. Thanks for any help.
