No one ever wants to stack filters, and the Tiffen T1 is really only used with tungsten lighting, while a pola is best used for a front lit sky. I don’t think anyone would stack these filters.
Stacking filters can cause strange flares, reflecting from the back filter to the front filter, generally not a good idea.

I have never used the Letus device, I do have experience with the Red Rock Micro Encore 35mm adapter and yes you need support gear to mount any adapter. I have shot a few music videos with the Encore and it is amazing. You should look into the M2 Encore Indie Bundle, then the matte box and follow focus kits.

You need to calibrate the flip out monitor and you also need to learn to use your Histogram, and Zebras.
You really should look into a monitor like this, and make sure to find the video on how to set it up.I just purchased this 7″ Marshall and it is great.

Make sure the remote is not triggering the camera, if you left it it your camera bag it make be sending a signal to record. You can also turn off the remote somewhere in the camera so it doesn’t communicate.The message for ND1 is telling you to add it.

Well I don’t have the answer, and typically when shooting I only inquire to the needs of the client as to where this material will be used and if I need to protect 4:3 for SD. I must say I never really think about the SD world anymore.
I couldn’t imagine these shutter speeds making any difference to the original digital HD material that was down convert to digital SD material. The timebase from each camera is the same.
I wonder if another DVD player/CRT has the same result.Is the SD downconvert Progressive or Interlaced?

Sony actually doesn’t repair the stock lens, they sell the same replacement lens for $869.00. They send back the damaged lens back to Fujinon for a core with the purchase of the new or should I say refurbished lens. If you haven’t upgraded your firmware you will need to with the replacement lens, add a few more bucks to to deal, $100+.
The original part number is #A1629794A, there was issues with them.You can find this lens on the service plus site #A1629794C
I didn’t find this from google, however I did search around before calling the Sony Service center.

Chris I believe the 16:9 SD is something like 843×486, If you need 4:3 (720×486) then you will need the crop or letterbox.

I wouldn’t convert to Pro Rez until final output. Why in the world would you want to take a render hit before ever editing for a reality show. Working with native EX codec cuts great and why would you want to lose the timecode, there is no way to get it back.
