Bad grammar on my part. I’m not trying to export the raw HD files to the client. I should have phrased it by saying I’m trying to create a viewing tool for the client to look at the raw footage files.
Exactly to your point my goal is an SD DVD. Generally once I have exported QT movies I just build a simple screening DVD in iDVD. I’m not sure how big the resulting files will be so I broke the footage into separate blocks which will become chapters on the iDVD. If I’m on the right track would you be able to help me streamline my export specs for auido/video? I really apprciate your help. Michael
I’m currently exporting a test at the following settings

AUDIO SETTINGS:
