Thank you Shane and John for your suggestions. I really appreciate your input. I’m exporting them this time around but I’m going to integrate your suggestion John about playng the entire sequence out to a DVD recorder in the future. That makes a lot of sense to me. Michael

Bad grammar on my part. I’m not trying to export the raw HD files to the client. I should have phrased it by saying I’m trying to create a viewing tool for the client to look at the raw footage files.

Exactly to your point my goal is an SD DVD. Generally once I have exported QT movies I just build a simple screening DVD in iDVD. I’m not sure how big the resulting files will be so I broke the footage into separate blocks which will become chapters on the iDVD. If I’m on the right track would you be able to help me streamline my export specs for auido/video? I really apprciate your help. Michael

I’m currently exporting a test at the following settings
    VIDEO SETTINGS:

    H.265

    320×240
    15fps
    key frame rate=24
    frame reordering is on
    encoding in multi-pass mode

    AUDIO SETTINGS:
    Audio is being compressed via
    MPEG 4
    Mono
    44.1 1
