A similar type of look from the “Light Rays” special effect in Sony Vegas – set to high sensitivity and high strength, then move the light source point. Not exactly the same but close enough to start working on the effect you want.

Question for the moderator. How do I post a simple link or better still a thumb nail window to my youtube video? Is YouTube too tacky for this site? Have noticed that a number of other posts include a YouTube window pop up video. How do I do this or is it only available as part of paid advertising account?
