Just a query about how to overcome bright lights when recording surgery. I am using a GoPro 3 mounted on my head. My headlight makes everything look too white. Apparently there is no white balancing in GoPro 3. I have a zoom lens built in. I was advised to get a polarising filter. IS there any thing else that I can do besides using a less bright light to record surgeries. Thanks for your time.
