I am sorry that your serial number was not accepted by our fulfillment company.This is a complex proceedure and could have some hicups. Please write me a personal email regarding the particulars and I promise to address your concerns this Friday. Currently I am in the midst of National meetings and I will be able to give it my complete intention on Friday.
One last thing Nick; a promotion of this magnitude could obviously have some wrinkles. It is a commitment from Panasonic to honor all of our promotions.

I can tell you definitively that both products are alive and well and there are no plans to discontinue either product. While we continue to unveil new P2 products there still remains a considerable demand for tape based products, often in high profile productions.
